First initial walk through the didn’t notice so much. But common area has no AC downstairs just fan’s. Was extremely hot. Rooms only have AC. Kitchen supplies and cupboards are dirty and old pots and pans. You don’t even want to use. Not clean at all! Upon check out. Maid told us they will charge 300,000 vnd because we didn’t wash our dishes. (8 cups and 4 plates). We then quickly cleaned the cups and put it on the drying rack. Honestly this is a job for the maid to insure that everything is clean for the next booking. Bedrooms, linen has hair on the bed still and really unsure if it was actually changed. Mosquitos and bath rooms have mold and wood on door are all wet damaged. The only thing we enjoyed is sitting by the pool and enjoying drinks and singing karaoke. But we can do that anywhere
