特別點贊酒店Clara, 本身已購買三日早餐, 但去到餐廳反饋說沒有訂購, 交涉後酒店反饋是她們系統問題並Clara誠摯的道歉及可愛的卡片感覺很溫馨, Housekeeping服務不錯, 第二天早上和Reception反饋了日用品問題, 晚上回到酒店發現沒有change, 反饋前台後一位年紀稍大的男士跑過來提供酒店缺失的日用品, 給這位認真態度的男士一個讚！行李寄存前台女生服務很棒, 也是之前Check in的那位女生, 但是拿回行李時前台有個黑胖女全程目無表情, 好像她欠了別人錢, 拿個行李竟然沒出來就讓別人自己拿, 沒見過這樣的所謂前台！是整個酒店住宿期間最差的沒有之一！這5分服務好評是送給前台Clara和那位男士的周到服務！

The hotel in a great location, 5-minute walk to Metro station and 2-minute walk to a very nice restaurant. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a good coffee shop. However, there is no hanger in the bathroom to hold the clothes

衞生間對著床不太好設計的，還有鏡子對著床也不太滿意，空間太小了 行李箱都放不下，衹能把床推開 移動，門應該弄成移門

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The room is cozy and very clean, the bed a bit too soft for what I'm used to, but it's comfy. The breakfast is served and the quality is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's also a terrace on the 8th floor where there's a nice view of the city and a bar. I'd definitely come back.

One of the worst service experiences I have encountered, and certainly not comparable to the price paid. First, the receptionist was not friendly. While it is perfectly normal for guests to ask questions, especially during a multi-day stay, there was one receptionist who appeared visibly uncomfortable and impatient when I asked for assistance. This was noticeable through both tone and body language, and it made me hesitant to approach the front desk for further inquiries the following day. Second, unlike most hotels where housekeeping can be requested simply by placing a cleaning sign on the door, this hotel requires guests to inform the receptionist directly. Unfortunately, this information was never communicated. As a result, despite placing the sign, my room was not cleaned. Third, I attempted to upgrade to a larger room during my stay, as I had booked for seven nights, but this was not accommodated. Fourth, when I tried to contact the receptionist via the in-room telephone, it was not functioning. Fifth, in many hotels, guests are promptly informed if any belongings are left behind, even small items. In this case, no notification was provided at all. Lastly, the amenities were extremely limited and did not meet the expectations of a hotel in this price range. But the hotel’s design is quite good and unique, and the location is strategic.

Отель расположен в центре города, что позволяет легко добраться до основных достопримечательностей. Дизайн отеля, выполненный в стиле 60-х годов, выглядит очень стильно, и заметно, что большое внимание уделено каждой детали. Пребывание здесь было весьма приятным. Номера, хоть и небольшие, очень уютные и оснащены всем необходимым.
