東京澀谷西福朋喜來登酒店 (Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Shibuya West)

The main reason I chose this hotel was my trust in the Sheraton brand. Despite having many other high-value hotel options in the surrounding area, I ultimately decided to book this property (with a room rate of approximately JPY 32,000 for that night). However, the actual experience fell significantly short of expectations. First, I would like to acknowledge that the hotel staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. There are no issues on the service side. However, the hardware and overall experience were disappointing. The hotel entrance is extremely small—smaller than the nearby McDonald’s—and the lobby is quite narrow. The room itself is also very compact, which is far from what one would expect from a Sheraton-branded property. Overall, it feels more like a typical Japanese business hotel rather than an international brand hotel of this level. In addition, while the hotel states that breakfast is provided, the actual experience was also underwhelming. Breakfast is served in the already limited lobby space, which doubles as a dining area. The meal on that day was a boxed set consisting of plain rice with a piece of grilled fish. Both in terms of presentation and content, it fell well below expectations—even compared to a standard business hotel breakfast. Overall, there is a clear mismatch between the price and the experience offered. Using the Sheraton name as a key selling point, without delivering a corresponding level of facilities and overall experience, may ultimately have a negative impact on the brand and lead to customer dissatisfaction. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel.

【正直知られたくない・・・】私のオススメホテルin東京 ビジネスで宿泊するのはいつもここ！渋谷まで徒歩圏內。近くにスーパーもある利便性◎旅行で泊まるには部屋が狹いですが、ビジネスで宿泊する分には十分な清潔感と広さ。そして、今回連泊をした時に、朝食が同じ內容でなかったのが非常にポイントが高かったです◎（ボリューム満點！日本食のお弁當♪）これからも利用させていただきます！（追記：一つ改善點とすると、コーヒーのクオリティーを上げて欲しい・・・それが葉えば120點！）

The hotel itself's double room is very small and the path is blocked the moment you open your suitcase. The other room is so much bigger and if you have the money, I'd suggest booking for the bigger room if 2 people. The bathroom size is same for both types of rooms though, the bathroom is kind of small as well. The service staff were lovely and helpful but there was only problem. I'd left my tshirt under the blanket and probably the cleaning staff mistakenly took my tshirt along with the blanket while cleaning the room. Never found my tshirt again. This was disappointing but a fair warning to all other bookers not to leave anything in your hotel beds lol. Every other aspect was satisfactory.

Rooms on the smaller side but comfortable, clean, and easy metro access/food/convenience stores nearby! Also close to Donki and Starbucks Reserve

池尻大橋駅からすぐのホテル。昔は別のホテルでしたが、先日オーナーが変わってマリオット系列に。 エントランスに入ってからの香りはやはり落ち著きのある香りで迎えられ、スタッフの方もとても親切でした！ 朝食のお弁當も素敵で、満足度は非常に高かったです♪
