Bad experience for service.
We have problem entering the room because digital door lock didn’t work. Very difficult to contact hotel, no given phone number to contact. We message again & again until the last solution, spare key. It took us 2 hours after finding out the battery ran out. Apology for door problem is what we get.
Early check-out to get the train, I told the hotel I left the damaged luggage in the room and send the picture to them. Finding out later that disposal of big garbage cost me JPY 7500, to comply with Japanese law. If I know i will take it with me for sure. The hotel told that it sent the file informed for this policy when I already booked the room, not In reservation page before you book the room. It supposed to be my fault not read carefully. For me, payment is acceptable, but very disappointed with the communication!
The hotel was great, especially for a low cost. The location is very close to Hikifune and Hikifune-Keisei stations, which is terrific for traveling around Tokyo. There is no check-in lobby so make sure you have the elevator and door code ready before you arrive. The shower did not have a curtain so I was trying not to wet the floor. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. Wifi is also very fast and good. This is a good hotel in Sumida.
