➕ • VERY near to metro • well equipped mini Apartment • little kitchenette • very silent in the house & area • convies & restaurants close by • good communication via 訂房網站.com-chat ➖ • small apartment - not much space • everything seems a little used and old • It is difficult to carry your luggage up the stairs • No closet available if you want to hang up your clothes. Definitely too small for several days and several people. 🟰 All in all a very good and cheap option for Tokyo. But keep the deductions in mind.

離中板橋站很近，周邊也有超商超市很方便，但沒有免治馬桶，廁所門不太好關。

We had a good stay at nestay apartment. It is clean and close to the station. Only the sink smelled a bit. Besides that it was perfect for our stay in Tokyo.

Good location however the room is small. Furniture, fixtures and electric appliances are a little old. The toilet is not Japanese type, has no bidet systems. Room is not properly cleaned. Microwave inside was splattered with food and oil stained. Bathroom has a lot of mood. No extra set of bedsheets to change. I stayed for 15 nights so has to buy one set myself. I have to clean the room and wash the bathroom before using.

Lokasinya strategis , banyak supermarket disekeliling apartemen, dekat stasiun, akan tetapi banyak jamur di dinding apartemen, fasilitasnya lumayan lengkap akan tetapi tidak disediakan tissue, disediakan mesin cuci dan deterjen tapi isi nya kosong , tidak terlalu meredam suara dari luar. Terdapat sampah yang sudah berjamur didalam kulkas

Great location, there are a lot of convenience stores nearby in under 3 minutes walking, with a ministop that is an Amazon pick up location, and only few steps from the station. The only minus point for me is that it doesn’t have a smart toilet system which usually could be found in Japan, and no bidet too.

マンションの一室で、外にホテル名がわかる看板がないので建物がわかりにくく、入室するまでに苦労しました。駅からは近くてコンビニや薬局、飲食店など周辺環境は良かったです。 タオル類の交換がなく、連泊だったため困りました。

清掃が行き屆いていないのか、テレビ台に埃が積もっていた。自分であちこち掃除するとは思わなかった。 また、洗濯機の所にあるラックが壊れている上、少し倒れかかるようにトイレのドア側にもたれているため、1人だとトイレに閉じこめられるはめになりかねない。スマートな人は脫出出來るかもしれないが、非常に危ない。

Nice little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Right besides a train station and 2 convenience stores. Would be cool to either provide thicker toilet paper or install a bidet.
