牛津酒店 (Oxford Hotel)

我預訂的你們家旅店是要3張單人床的，你們的照片非常吸引人，也很不錯的環境 可是我進了那個房間有股臭味，然而也不是所謂的三張床，而已把兩張床推在一起，再加一張完全不舒服的床進去，導致那個房間非常的小 所以你們認為消費者是**嗎，任由你們隨意嗎，我們走了一天非常的疲倦，想到可以回旅店休息結果是這樣的一個待遇 我進到那個房間我有把全部的違規和裡面的問題照片都有拍了起來，0712是我們的房號，如果你是經理或是負責人也可以進去裡面睡兩天然後你才回復我，你的看法

價格優惠，設施比較老舊，建議帶一次性床單會好點，附近地鐵方便，前台需要英語溝通，總體溝通順利，入住方便

這是一所設施比較老舊的酒店了，可是服務人員的質素很好，也很親切，你地鐵站和其他很多的景點也很近，值得推薦

交通方便，離百勝地鐵站很近，只需2分鐘路程，冷氣夠凍，可惜冇餐廳，要步行1O分鐘才有，去其他景點很方使，坐地鐵就去到，總括來說，這間酒店很好，價錢並不貴，我俾90分

You absolutely cannot beat the Oxford Hotel for location. It is conveniently situated near 3 metro stops and lots of malls, museums and restaurants. If you’re going to spend absolutely all your time out and about and only use the hotel for sleeping then this is a good choice. But… it is not clean. It is not comfortable. And the amenities are not convenient. There are no plug sockets next to the bed - there is one on the corner of the room and you literally have to climb onto the counter to reach it. There is another behind the tv, but the space is disgustingly dirty and full of dust and trash. In the bathroom there are cockroaches and you can see the grime and dirt in the corners where it’s been building up for decades. The room has a carpet that I didn’t want to touch with my bare feet. The curtains don’t close properly. And the AC blasts directly onto the bed and blows your hair in the wind like a supermodel while you are trying to sleep. No matter what temperature you put it on, it is always too cold. It the room is too hot without it. The bathroom smells kind of bad and every time you use the sink you can hear the water gurgling down the drain. The shower is hands down one of the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Well, this hotel on pictures looks much better, than in real life. In reality its very old, walls and beds are dirty, and THERE IS COCKROACHES! I found 2 in my bathroom, called to reception and there was zero apologies about that. They just said “come down, we will change your room”. Zero apologies. I didn’t want to live in a hotel with cockroaches so asked a refund to next nights so I could change the hotel, but they declined. Very bad hotel. Not recommended.

酒店位置臨近地鐵站，周邊也有食閣，外面緊鄰教堂，這次出遊訂的是套房，不過酒店不提供牙具，這個預訂需要注意

位置非常好，離地鐵口超級近，下地鐵走幾步就到了，房間有點小，但是也算乾淨比較新了，畢竟寸土寸金，這個價位也算有點性價比了，要求過於高的可能不太適合。

地理位置挺不錯，附近走路四五分鐘就有地鐵站，出酒店門往左走四五分鐘也有食閣和大型商超，酒店前台是24h的，可以隨時入住和退房，前台是印度人，不會説中文，簡單的英語交流即可辦理入住，需要刷信用卡繳納按金，100新幣/房間，退房之後的三天內會退還到信用卡里。 房間不大，衞生比較乾淨，每天都有房間打掃，酒店不提供早餐，房間裡也沒有拖鞋和瓶裝水，都需要自帶。

Estaba todo bastante sucio y mucho polvo. Una de las almohadas tenía una gran mancha seca de lo que parecía ser sangre. El aire acondicionado únicamente funcionó el primer día de los 5 días que pasamos en el hotel. La puerta de la ducha no cerraba correctamente por lo que al ducharme había parte del agua que se salía y dejaba todo el suelo del baño mojado.
