首爾新羅酒店 (The Shilla Seoul)

內部服務做得很到位，每天傍晚不用問都會自動提供開夜床服務。房間的面山風景一流，酒店的泳池十分美麗，可惜這次時間不夠，未有機會親身嘗試。 不過，在服務方面有一個非常扣分的嚴重缺失。我在入住前曾特地發 Email 聯絡酒店，希望他們能協助預約一些當地的餐廳，但酒店居然完全沒有回應。相比之下，我上次入住首爾 JW Marriott 時，每次用 Email 聯絡他們，他們都能在 10 分鐘內極速回覆，非常有效率。兩者對比之下，新羅酒店在溝通上顯得相當不友善且不專業。雖然酒店內部員工的整體服務仍達到一般五星級水準，但如果要細緻比較的話，這次感受到的款待還是比 JW Marriott 稍遜一點。 地理位置方面則是有辣有唔辣。正因為它位於山上，所以才換來瞭如此美麗的風景；但相對地，這也意味著交通上的一點不便。如果每次回酒店不是乘搭的士，而是選擇乘搭大眾交通工具，從最近的地鐵站走回酒店，需要爬上一段很斜的斜路，大約要行 10 分鐘左右。雖然酒店有提供接駁巴士和Service Car，但服務車最多也只能載客到山下的正門。在這種地勢限制下，如果酒店能提供行李直接 Delivery 到機場的服務就完美了，可惜他們並沒有提供。 另外還有一個有趣的小插曲：在我入住的第二天，竟然碰巧看到 NVIDIA CEO 黃仁勳在酒店內的其中一個場地進行會議，這算是我這趟旅程中一個挺酷、挺令人難忘的亮點。 I recently spent 5 days and 4 nights at The Shilla Seoul, and it truly lives up to its 5-star reputation in almost every aspect. The attention to detail inside the hotel was excellent, the turn-down service was provided automatically every evening without me even having to ask. Our room featured an incredible, serene mountain view, which was a major highlight. The swimming pool area is absolutely gorgeous; it looks like the perfect spot for sunbathing, though I unfortunately didn't get the chance to try it out this time. However, there was one major service flaw that severely deducted points for me. Before checking in, I contacted the hotel via email hoping they could help me make some local restaurant reservations, but they completely ignored it and never replied. In contrast, every time I emailed the JW Marriott Seoul, they would respond within 10 minutes, which was incredibly efficient. Compared to that, The Shilla felt rather unfriendly and unprofessional in their communication. The location is a bit of a double-edged sword. While its elevated position guarantees spectacular and unobstructed views, being on top of a hill comes with a catch. If you aren't taking a taxi and prefer using public transit, it requires a very steep 10-minute walk uphill from the nearest subway station. Although the hotel provides a shuttle bus and a service car, the service car only drops guests off at the main gate at the bottom of the hill. Given this setup, it would be a huge plus if the hotel offered a luggage delivery service straight to the airport, but unfortunately, they do not. On a fun note, there was an exciting little episode during my stay: on my second day, I noticed that Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang was actually holding a meeting in one of the hotel's venues! 房間布草支數實在太低了，睡的我又熱又癢不透氣。1720房間的空調聲音還很響，不管調整溫度還是風量，都無法改變溫度。大堂的地面大理石是從來不拋光的嗎，走路都感覺卡腳，抓地力太強了👍🏻

開窗就能看到南山塔，酒店內整體維護的還不錯，洗護挺好用的，早餐非常豐盛，麵包酥皮做的很好，咖啡也好喝，不愧是財閥集團運營的酒店，處處都挺用心的，酒店邊上就是免稅店，買東西很方便。

房間有點小，即使定的是商務房型。服務態度非常敷衍，表面禮貌，實際上根本不為顧客著想。我們下午6點才到酒店，要求我們11點退房，我要求延時半小時，前台一副欠錢的樣子，最後寫了個1130，你嘴巴是沒了嗎？不會説一聲嗎？一副不耐煩的樣子，真的很差勁。是我住過這麼多國家五星酒店中最差的服務。以後不會再住的，很差勁。 The room is a bit small, even though I booked a business room. The service attitude is very perfunctory — polite on the surface, but in reality, they don't care about the guests at all. We arrived at the hotel at 6 PM, and they asked us to check out by 11 AM. I requested a half-hour late checkout, and the front desk staff looked at me as if I owed them money. In the end, they wrote "11:30" without saying a word. Don't you have a mouth? Can't you even say something? The staff seemed very impatient, which was really bad. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in five-star hotels across so many countries. I will never stay here again. Very disappointing. 방이 좀 좁아요. 비즈니스 룸을 예약했는데도 그렇습니다. 서비스 태도는 겉으로는 공손한 척 하지만 실제로는 전혀 고객을 위해 생각하지 않습니다. 우리는 오후 6시에 호텔에 도착했는데, 11시에 체크아웃하라고 요구하더군요. 30분 연장을 요청했더니 프런트 직원이 마치 내가 돈을 빚진 사람처럼 쳐다보더니 결국 아무 말 없이 11:30이라고 적어줬습니다. 입이 없나요? 말 한마디 못 합니까? 짜증난 표정이 정말 최악이었습니다. 여러 나라의 5성급 호텔을 다녀봤지만, 이렇게 나쁜 서비스는 처음입니다. 다시는 묵지 않을 겁니다. 정말 형편없어요.

酒店年份比較老了 一個yy易游体育投注旺季能4、5k一晚的酒店 這個窗外的景色著實一般了點哈 酒店房間內部的裝修設計也很一般 本人媽媽説還不如國內四百一晚的酒店[尬住R] 一個主打老錢風的酒店 除了大堂設計的稍微豪華了一點 其他地方完全看不出超五星的奢華 入住體驗給到🌟🌟🌟 內部裝修設計也就能給到🌟🌟🌟🌟 不過旁邊就是新羅免稅店 步行過去兩三分鐘 適合想去逛免稅店圖方便的冤大頭們

下車一路到房間都有人對接 推開房門是開好的夜床 收納插好的充電線 床頭備好了水和塑封的玻璃杯 國內外大小酒店也住的不少 但讓我能安心用燒水壺和水杯的沒幾家 一整個服務流程是完整的 無感的 卻預設了所有旅程需要的細節

房間整潔乾淨，雖然開業時間很久，但是維護還是挺不錯的，沒有很老舊，衞生，服務都是正常5星級的酒店應該有的服務，也並沒有像眾多網友講的服務有多麼高於其他星級酒店。不過room service的炸雞真的是非常好吃，建議大家有機會可以點宵夜品嚐一下！

不愧是首爾地標酒店 是我這次來首爾住的最舒服的酒店了 市區裡的酒店雖然也很多五星 但基本上都很擠的感覺 寸土寸金 像這麼開闊寬敞的酒店大院更適合度假 從酒店房間就可以看見南山塔 夏天應該會更好看 現在光禿禿的

服務：服務一百分，任何地方都有人迴應，門口禮賓人數很夠，他們英語韓語中文都很好，有問題隨便問都可以給解答 衞生：衞生很好 環境：大廳太漂亮了，很有韓國味道 設施：但是進到房間真的好失望，房間很小，裝修看起來有年頭了，最失望的是健身房10點就關 另外不提供牙刷，牙刷5000韓元，前台也沒説 總體來講是入住心情100 進來不斷扣分的體驗

位於新羅免稅店附近，購物體驗很好，前台非常友好，英文溝通很順利，入住很舒適，溫度濕度都很適宜，而且不用轉換插頭，非常方便，非常好的住宿體驗。
