The location is very peaceful and convenient. Only 2 minutes to beach and many restaurants around. The owner is very nice who provided number of bottle water on the first day. Swimming pool very nice . Kids like the slide very much.

A new Villa, clean and comfy beds. 3 rooms with toilets and 2 rooms with shared toilets. Walking distance to good Seafood restaurant, and just minutes from the beach to enjoy the view. The nearest convenient store is TOPS, around 5-7 minutes walk. If you want to go Walking street ,Central Pattaya or Terminal 21 then is a distance away. Car ride 30-45mins.

房東十分友善，別墅很乾凈，步行可以到達海灘，地點不在yy易游体育投注區，但自駕遊還是很方便的，同行的朋友都很喜歡這裡，價格不便宜但可以接受，晚上週圍比較黑，野狗有點多，但都很乖的，下次人多的話會考慮再來
