First I got offered a different room than then the I booked, the staff from Stay Hub asked if I wanted a room accross as didn’t had to wait till check-in time. Which was Quill Residence. On the surface it was fine until I observed each part after I checked in. The bed sheets stains, dirty. The mattress has stains. The carpet was not vacuumed for ages. The sink had stains not to be washed off. Then cockroaches popped everywhere. I had to kill more than 20 cockroaches. There is no official cleaner the same guy that handles you to enter the room and keys. Disappointing. I could sleep properly as everything felt dirty. I washed all the bedsheets myself and to disinfect everything myself! The worst ever. 訂房網站 should ban these kind of hosts. I paid for a bad experience and had an uncomfortable stay from bad place to another. 訂房網站 should do something about this. This totally unacceptable.

Majestic Residence truly lives up to its name. The room offers an excellent view that instantly elevates the overall experience. The city view especially from the room and rooftop swimming pool was the top notch facilities. The interior is beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that create a warm and elegant atmosphere. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, as everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The management is also quite decent—professional, responsive, and attentive to guests’ needs. A very comfortable and satisfying stay overall.

The accommodation is beautiful and close to the facilities, the cleanliness is 100%, and there is a very beautiful view with the addition of free service, which is great.
