避雷！這輩子住過最差的酒店沒有之一！ 衞生差到離譜：床單上有不明黑色小蟲屍體，還有殘留毛髮，床品根本沒換乾淨，看著就噁心，全程不敢躺。 配套設施嚴重缺失：房間裡連最基礎的衣架，一次性拖鞋、吹風機都沒有，前台説就是不提供，住得極其不方便。 服務態度敷衍，反饋問題衹會打太極，完全不解決問題，體驗感極差，不推薦任何人入住！ 給0分都嫌多，不推薦任何遊客選擇！

We had a wonderful stay at Tropicana The Residence in Kuala Lumpur! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the iconic Petronas Towers—definitely a highlight of our 訂房網站. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The staff was efficient, and although they took a standard security deposit upon arrival, everything was returned without issue at departure. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Petronas Towers and surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a big plus; we enjoyed preparing our own breakfasts with all the necessary utensils and appliances provided. Overall, a great value for money and a perfect base for exploring KL. Highly recommend!

去那麼多次旅行住那麼多次酒店，最差最差的一次！！！！！！瘋狂避雷！！！！中國人不騙中國人！房間巨臭，都是廁所下水道的反臭味道，每個晚上浴室起碼10隻小飛蟲以上！來噴殺蟲葯都不行，特別臭！床單還是有汙漬的！天花板上有碩大的蜘蛛和蜘蛛網，連個正經的前台都沒有，就一個黑人小哥在下面，好像非法旅館一樣的！ 最搞笑的是熱水器和冷氣，不能同時開，熱水器衹能使用10分鐘就沒有熱水了！ 走的時候還叫我五星好評，不知道哪來的自信

El hotel esta en una ubicación impresionante. Es un poco raro el proceso de check in porque en la entrada del edificio hay unas personas sentadas en un sofá que te indican que tienes que subir hasta el piso 25 a un apartamento que lo tienen habilitado como recepción. Hay que dejar una fianza de 100 ringit, si no tienes ningún percance en la habitación ni pierdes las llaves te la devuelven sin problema. Piscina en el piso 58 con vistas increíbles a las petronas, cuando nosotros fuimos había bastantes niños y fantasmas.

I stayed here with my family in a 3-bedroom suite with a living room and open kitchen. Two rooms had private bathrooms, while one used the outside shared toilet, which was fine. The property was very clean with a great atmosphere, and my room had a direct view of Menara 118 & KL Tower, amazing both at night and in the morning. Location is excellent, just a short walk to Suria KLCC and the LRT, and free parking was provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth and detailed. The only downside was the sewage/drainage smell in the suite, noticeable from the entrance and in the toilets. The staff were very helpful and came quickly to fix it, which improved the situation a lot, though a slight smell still lingered occasionally. I suspect it might be a building-wide issue. Overall, a really good stay with great views, location, and service. Just hope the drainage system can be improved.

這裡很棒！一開始懷抱忐忑的心，實際入住後覺得很棒！房間就可以看到完整的雙子星，然後保證金可以支付台幣2500，至於櫃檯問題，lobby都有人，只是他有時候去處理其他客人的入住退房，可能要等他一下，熱水的話，基本上一個人洗完要先等一下，就會有熱水！房內有飲水機還有電磁爐冰箱洗衣機烤箱，浴室廁所跟淋浴間也分開，至少我覺得他們非常棒！53樓游泳池雙子星非常美喔！下次來還會入住！

I stayed here with my family in a 3-bedroom suite with a living room and open kitchen. Two rooms had private bathrooms, while one used the outside shared toilet, which was fine.
