Хороший отель, можем рекомендовать. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. На стойке ресепшн есть бесплатные чупа чупсы – вроде мелочь, но необычно и приятно 😊

I was disappointed with my stay. I was charged city tax twice, and despite raising the issue with reception, it was never resolved. Additionally, the window in my room couldn’t be opened by myself, which made the first night very uncomfortable. Overall, not the experience I expected. The location was very good though.

Das Hotel sehr sauber, die Arbeiter sehr freundlich, aber niemand warnt, dass die Fenster der Zimmer nicht geöffnet werden können und mein Mann ist asthmatisch und brauchte Belüftung und es war unmöglich. Es gab keinen Platz, um das Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz zu parken, und die Rezeptionistin sagte uns, wir sollen ins gegenüberliegende Hotel gehen, um hi für eine andere Gebühr im anderen Hotel parken zu können. In der Küche der Wohnung gab es keine Art von Gewürz (Öl, Salz, Pfeffer), es gab nichts, wenn es in allen Hotels mit Küche sein muss. Sie sagten uns, dass es im Zimmer eine Minibar gab und in unserem Zimmer nichts zu essen oder zu trinken gab. Der Fernseher lief überhaupt nicht gut, die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, und alles war sehr langsam. Nachts sieht man viele Lichter vom Zimmertelefon, von der Zimmerkarte usw.

Hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from key city attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculately clean and we would choose this hotel again should we return to the city.

Very friendly staff. But room of the street side is very noisy, and room is too hot even after turning off the heating. And can’t open window to change fresh air. They don’t have vending machines to sell water and charge 7 euro for a glass bottle of water which is ridiculously expensive as it’s not from a fine dinner but from a hotel reception.

Muy decepcionada. Avisamos semanas antes que íbamos con un bebé y pedimos cuna. All que nos contestaron que por supuesto que la instalarían antes. Cuando llegamos no lo estaba y la de recepción no siquiera lo sabía. Encima la cuna no era cuna , era más bien un parque de juego al que le habían puesto un cojín malísimo, que para un bebé de 4 meses es algo importante. La habitación estaba muy fría, no había gel de ducha, la campana de la cocina no funcionaba y la mitad de la habitación no se calentaba con la calefacción. Nos dejaron un calentador pero tampoco funcionaba . Vaya un desastre! Y en los alrededores solo hay un súper pero si quieres irte a restaurantes o cafés etc ya te tienes que desplazar más .
