從訂房網站預訂並住在蘇拉望萬豪酒店的體驗可謂一場災難！！我們不推薦任何遊客入住這家酒店。 1 軟硬件服務均是極差！ 硬件-插座非常容易滑落，充電器輕輕一碰就掉了，且還有一個插座沒有電 軟件-居住2天清潔員沒有為我們打掃過一次房間！對比同價位的w酒店，w在我們入住期間一天打掃3次房間。需要註明，我們沒有且從來沒有設定過“請勿打擾”。 2 衞生情況堪憂。 枕套有汙漬（圖1） 床單開線（圖2） 3 延時退房亂收費 因從酒吧返回已經是早上5點，我們希望申請或購買延時退房服務。訂房網站預訂甄選大床房每晚約1200元，但酒店前台竟然開出3600THB天價/3小時（摺合人民幣約700+），甚至告訴我們這是special price。 4 涉嫌對訂房網站來源客群的歧視 經訂房網站預訂前，我們特意通過電話詢問酒店是否有能看到像素大廈的房間，第一次全英文直接致電酒店前台，反饋確認有空閑的標準房（Standard Room）可以看到且可以保留，遂從訂房網站預訂（直營非代理）。結果再次致電後，酒店告知訂房網站訂單是另一個團隊負責，並轉接至所謂“另一團隊”，該團隊反饋沒有非套房的房型可以看到，並希望我們到店補充差價；我們對此前後訊息不一致表現出疑問，該團隊未進行任何有效解釋。結合首次電話中工作人員的反饋，我們懷疑酒店有滿足要求的房型，但因某種原因訂房網站渠道預訂不到。 綜上，基於本次旅程中在曼谷蘇拉望萬豪遇到的種種不良體驗，結合該酒店的服務，價位與地理位置，我們從yy易游体育投注者的角度非常不推薦其他遊客入住這家酒店。如果衹是想在泳池拍像素大廈，同價位或更低價位都有非常良好的選擇。 Disastrous Stay at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse – Strongly Not Recommended! My experience booking and staying at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse via 訂房網站 was an absolute disaster!! We strongly advise against any tourists choosing this hotel. 1. Abysmal Hardware & Software Services Hardware: The facilities were shockingly poor. Electrical sockets were extremely loose—chargers would fall off with the slightest touch—and one socket had no power at all. Software: During our two-day stay, the housekeeping staff never cleaned the room even once! By contrast, at the W Hotel （in the same price range）, the room was cleaned three times a day. It’s important to note we did not have, and never set, a "Do Not Disturb" sign. 2. Poor Hygiene Standards The pillowcase had stains （see Photo 1） The bed sheet was coming undone （see Photo 2） 3. Exorbitant Late Check‑out Fees We returned from the bar at around 5 a.m. and hoped to arrange or purchase a late check‑out. A superior king room booked via 訂房網站 cost approximately ¥1,200 per night, yet the front desk quoted an outrageous 3,600 THB （around ¥700+） for 3 hours, claiming it was the "special price". 4. Alleged Discrimination Against 訂房網站 Guests Before booking through 訂房網站, we specifically called the hotel to inquire about rooms with a view of the MahaNakhon Building （the Pixel Building）. On our first call to the front desk in English, we were confirmed that available Standard Rooms with the view could be reserved. We then booked directly through 訂房網站 （direct booking, not an agent）. However, when we called again, the hotel stated that 訂房網站 bookings are handled by a separate team and transferred us to the so‑called "other team". This team claimed there were no non‑suite rooms available with the view and suggested we pay a supplement upon check‑in. When we questioned the inconsistency, they offered no valid explanation. Given the feedback from the first call, we suspect the hotel has rooms that meet our request but are unavailable through the 訂房網站 channel for some reason. In summary, based on all the negative experiences during our stay in Bangkok, along with the hotel’s services, price, and location, we highly recommend against this hotel from a traveler’s perspective. If you just want to take photos of the Pixel Building by the pool, there are excellent options at the same or lower price points.

比較不滿意的一次入住體驗，晚上9點左右辦理入住的時候被前台告知預訂的大床房沒有房間了，衹能給標間，我沒有同意，因為預訂的時候是顯示有房間的，最終還是給的大床房，那為什麼要説沒有大床房了呢？到房間後發現床頭櫃上是臟的，類似油汙的東西，枱面上很多地方都破了掉色了，這不該是萬豪的水準吧？另外還有個小插曲，當時我在沙發上，枱燈居然自己亮了，還有很明顯的聲響（按開關的聲音），但是我從進房間就沒有碰過枱燈，後來到前台想協商換房間，前台告知沒有房間了不可以換，回覆我可能是線路問題，可是線路問題頂多燈會亮，按鈕怎麼會被按下去呢？總之很失望的一次入住體驗。

酒店位置差一點 離BTS比較遠 但是有shuttle bus去BTS salaDaeng站 但是沒有從BTS回到酒店的服務 走回去還是很累。游泳池景色不錯 但是隻能打打卡 太小了水深也不夠 不適合游泳。 酒店的早飯特別好吃 種類豐富 味道好吃 食材新鮮

房間很乾凈，很新，完全不潮濕，酒店服務人員超級超級有禮貌，服務也很周到，帶孩子去還給免了早操費用。酒店離地鐵站稍微有點遠，打車就很方便。泳池風景很美，就是水質很差，裡面漂浮物很多，不建議下水。

酒店地段好！潑水節走路可以到！離建興咖喱螃蟹也近！還有班車去地鐵站！衹要不介意很多O就可以住😀 泳池出片

非常標準的滿血萬豪酒店，風格很商務，很多商務往來，維護的非常乾淨，充滿秩序的工作人員，服務的很到位，沒什麼可挑剔的，很完美的兩晚入住體驗

房間寬敞，床鋪床品舒服，廚房設備齊全，衞浴除了沒智能馬桶外其餘都OK，酒店服務積極周到，早餐很好，無邊泳池沒時間體驗，晚上頂樓夜景很贊，綜合起來比較推薦！

環境很好 前台英語也很好 交流很順暢 就是這段時間泳池不能用了 有點可惜

酒店很不錯，優點房間挺大，也乾淨，缺點服務一般，沒人拿行李下車，但是有人把行路送房間，總體還可以吧，不如其它萬豪高檔吧，酒店位置也挺好

來泰國不幸得了甲流，被迫呆酒店兩天。深切感受到酒店的服務相當的好，玻璃瓶裝飲用水可以無限refill，直接叫餐進房間，口味相當不錯，價格也合適。服務員隨叫隨到。生病的兩天好在是酒店的服務管理不錯才能舒適得扛過來。
