阿卡拉酒店 (Akara Hotel)

不太適閤中國人，入住的也是歐美人居多，前台全程英語，泰語不行，中文更不説，服務態度還可以。房間小，大床房是兩張床拼的，還整多大縫隙（其他酒店2張床拼沒大縫隙的情況）窗戶外面拉垮，頂樓泳池也很小。泰國入住8天（4家酒店），訂的其他比它便宜的酒店體驗感更好，這是性價比最低的房間，不推薦。

位置很好，酒店也很大。早餐很滿意。前台很親切～ 但是床特別高，很特別哈哈哈，對於矮個子來説上床居然變得有點艱難！

入住沒人排隊但是等好久，手續比較多，差不多十幾分鍾，房間衞生間在門口，要是有人上廁所你開門出去外面就能看到廁所裡面，衞生間沒有洗面台，浴缸洗面台等在陽台那裡，就是你上完廁所要穿過房間去陽台那裡洗手，有點麻煩

房間很小，酒店旁邊的街區幾乎屬於印度街，全部都是印度人，酒店周圍路況也很差，到處施工，一到晚上突突車的油門震天響。接待的雌激素分泌旺盛的男性前台僅僅是有禮貌，並不友好，效率也很差，感覺辦一個入住要翻幾十個白眼。入住四晚，除了第一天入住有小毛巾以外，接下來的三天，打掃衞生再也沒有放過小毛巾和擦手巾，洗護用品也不補，每天洗了頭都衹能用紙巾勉強擦頭髮，不知道是不是因為20小費放少了😅

整體不錯，缺點是馬桶和洗手間分開太遠，生理期特別不方便。

В целом отель расположен хорошо, рядом со всеми торговыми центрами и магазинами. Брали номера разных ценовых категорий, все достойные.

The whole management team has huge problems. And the receptionist is trying to make fun of guests. First of all, when I checked out, the receptionist let me wait for 5 min to let the staff check my room, even though I told him I was in a hurry to catch my flight. However, after I had been waiting for 5 minutes the receptionist guy still didn’t tell me whether the room had been successfully checked and whether I could leave for airport, and he was just talking to others for something meaningless. And when I asked him whether I could leave now, he said yes. What is the work attitude? Do you understand what catching a flight mean? How can you waist guests’ time like this? Secondly, the staff who water the flowers sprayed on my face, especially on my eyes. I am still wondering whether it’s water or pesticides. Why did the staff water the guest when the doorman opened the door? Is it on purpose to make fun of guests? Thirdly, the cleaning staff never really cleaned the room, and didn’t refill the amenities. When I returned my room in the evening, there was no slipper, no body gel, no shampoo, no tissue. Only towels were replaced. Look at the picture, the toothpaste is still on the glass after they “cleaned” the room. Fourthly, I requested the room far away from elevator, however, the receptionist gave me the room close to the elevator, and of coz there were plenty of rooms which were not occupied on the same floor.
