一家坐落在海灘邊的酒店，酒店整體設計風格獨特，酒店環境幽雅舒適，游泳池很乾凈，餐廳裡的美食也很豐富，早餐是自己點餐的那種，服務特別棒，非常適合親子度假，可以在酒店慵懶地躺上兩天

這是本次峇里島最滿意的住宿了。白人比較多，其實真的可以在酒店躺，享用自己房間的泳池。早餐也非常的好吃，吃到了人生吐司。華人比較少，英語要相對好。但酒店設施來説是非常棒的。

房間面積可以，有陽台。窗外風景不錯。屬於沙努爾海灘邊。酒店有屬於自己的獨立海灘。但海灘的沙質和海水一般。酒店內泳池較特色可以游泳至住宿樓門口。早餐點單式可以根據自己口味做選擇

服務親切，有很不錯的早餐。

Such an amazing tranquil stay for young families like ours. The staff were all very accommodating and welcoming and super friendly! They loved greeting our baby every single day and every greeting of the day. The breakfast is incredible! The lazy river and beachfront is spectacular. We will definitely come back! Everything was just perfect. SUPER WORTH THE PRICE! My whole stay felt like something out of The White Lotus. Stayed here for 4 nights, and my family and I were pleased with everything about our stay. We've stayed in 5-star hotels and resorts throughout our lives, but nothing beats our experience here. I would say we were very surprised with every aspect of our stay. Service was top-notch. The check-in experience was just lovely; the senior butler assisted us, and she came over to where we were sitting instead of us having to stand around or sit by the check-in desk. We were delivered to our rooms using a buggy and were given a detailed room tour and an introduction to hotel facilities. We stayed here through Nyepi, but the hotel operated almost at normal capacity just with a few adjustments which we didn't mind at all. Rooms exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, more than comfortable and we had a view of the beach from the balcony. They provided us with top-of-the-class amenities such as toiletries by Sensatia, super high performance hair dryer (this is important), and bath bombs! Food was awesome. We had 2 dinners in Flow Restaurant and it was suffice to say that they have a wide variety of menu selections. The food they served was very proper and actually delicious, not the regular hotel restaurant food that would taste mediocre. They serve a la carte all-you-can-eat breakfast menu, where you can order anything you like from the menu with no limit! I would say breakfast food was actually good, something you normally get from brunch cafes in Bali. The resort also provides a range of in-house activities such as pilates and gym classes, which we participated in to pass our day during Nyepi. They also have a very big pool that has direct access to the beach, and poolside area was very much pleasant. People were sunbathing and just chilling by the pool, enjoying the atmosphere and the sunny Bali weather. The whole hotel staff was extremely friendly, we would be greeted with smiling faces wherever we go, and they would also strike up a friendly conversation at times. I would like to hand a shoutout to the senior butler, Kak Putri, and Gus Wira, who made our stay a pleasant one. I have recommended this resort to 3 of my friends, and will continue to do so.

대부분의 사누르 호텔은 오래되서 낙후된 호텔들이 있는데 최근에 지어진 곳이라 생각대로 깨끗했습니다.  청소도 매일마다 깔끔하게 해주고 주기적으로 방역을 해서 모기를 보기 힘들정도였어요!  후기가 직원들의 커뮤니케이션과 대처가 느리다고 하던데 저희가 갔을땐 요구사항을 바로 들어줘서 개선이 된 것 같습니다. 식사도 인도네시아 치곤 담백하게 하고 가격도 착해서 부담없이 먹었네요. 호텔이 사누르 초입에 있고 처음엔 찾기가 힘들지만 그거빼고는 다시 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다!  번화한 호텔지역보다는 가족이나 조용하게 지내고 싶은 커플들에겐 적극 추천합니다:)

The hotel was clean and very close to the beach and the harbor for those who want to go to the island. Overall, the hotel was very nice. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly with us. However, there are some points that need to be reviewed. The breakfast was delicious, but it was non satisfactory because their breakfast system is not like other hotels in Bali. It was not an open buffet; instead, it was menu-based where you choose from a list. I did not like this point. We would also like to thank the staff member Yogi, as he helped us a lot and was very kind and supportive.
